and Primary Dealers) (Amendment)
Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30P and 30W of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Book-Entry MAS Securities and Primary Dealers) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 17th August 2013.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Book‑Entry MAS Securities and Primary Dealers) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 240/2013) is amended by deleting item 11.
