Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 113 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries) Regulations (Rg 9, 2000 Ed.) is amended by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item:

1. Fees for burials:

Adults and children 10 years of age and above

Children below 10 years of age

(a) Chua Chu Kang Muslim Cemetery
