(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Financial Holding Companies Act 2013, the Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the Financial Holding Companies Act 2013, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Financial Holding Companies Act 2013 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  The Financial Holding Companies Act 2013 comes into operation on 30 June 2022.
