It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, the President has appointed the Chief Executive Officer, New Changi Hospital, to be a Deputy Registrar of Births and Deaths for the purposes of the Act, with effect from 18th December 1996.
