Environmental Public Health
(Composition of Offences) Rules 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 104(3) of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Composition of Offences) Rules 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2000.

Offences which may be compounded

2.—(1) The offences set out in the first column of the Schedule may be compounded by the Commissioner of Public Health in accordance with section 104(1) of the Act.

(2) The amount offered to be compounded set out in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Commissioner of Public Health.

Revocation

3. The Environmental Public Health (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 1, 2000 Ed.) are revoked.
