Maritime Offences (Amendment) Act 2015
(Commencement) Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Maritime Offences (Amendment) Act 2015, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Maritime Offences (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2015.
2.  The Maritime Offences (Amendment) Act 2015 comes into operation on 10 November 2015.
