Corrigenda

With reference to rule 5 of the Sale of Commercial Properties (Amendment) Rules 1997 (G.N. No. S 394/97) —

(a)	for “alloted” in the sixth line of clause 12.2 of Form D read “allotted”;
(b)	for “Housing Project” in the seventh line of clause 12.2 of Form D read “Building”;
(c)	insert, immediately after the word “Unit” in the second line of clause 18.1 of Form D, the words “, Building or the common property”;
(d)	delete the words “in the Unit” in the first line of clause 18.2 of Form D; and
(e)	for “Unit Price” in clause 19.3(b) of Form D read “Unit Purchase Price”.
