Fees (Supply of Non-potable Water) (Amendment) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and Commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Supply of Non-Potable Water) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2000.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Fees (Supply of Non-Potable Water) Order (O 12) is amended by deleting the words “38 cents” in the last line and substituting the words “40 cents”.
