Citation and commencement |
1. These Rules may be cited as the Administration of Muslim Law (Halal Certificates) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2005. |
Definitions |
2. In these Rules —

Fees for application for halal certificate, etc. |
Refund of fees |
4. No refund shall be made in respect of any fee paid under these Rules. |
Restriction on transfer of halal certificate |
5. No holder of a halal certificate shall transfer or assign the benefit of his certificate to any other person. |
