Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2000.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2) Order 1998 (G.N. No. S 427/98) is amended by deleting the words “SGZ-Bank Südwestdeutsche Genossenschafts-Zentralbank AG” and substituting the words “GZ-Bank AG”, with effect from 31st May 2000.
