Public Service Commission (Prison Officers) (Disciplinary Proceedings — Delegation of Functions) (Amendment) Directions 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 116(3) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Public Service Commission hereby makes the following Directions:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Directions may be cited as the Public Service Commission (Prison Officers) (Disciplinary Proceedings — Delegation of Functions) (Amendment) Directions 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2003.
Amendment of direction 5
2.  Direction 5 (1) of the Public Service Commission (Prison Officers) (Disciplinary Proceedings — Delegation of Functions) Directions (Dir 2) is amended by deleting the words “of the result of such investigation” and substituting the words “of the written explanation of the officer or the results of such investigation, if any”.
Amendment of direction 6
3.  Direction 6 (1) of the Public Service Commission (Prison Officers) (Disciplinary Proceedings — Delegation of Functions) Directions is amended by deleting the words “one month” and substituting the words “2 months”.
