Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act

Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 2) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 2) Notification 2009.
Approved institutions
2.  The Minister hereby approves the following institutions for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 1st April 2009:
(1)East Coast Medicare Centre;
(2)ECON Medicare Centre (Chai Chee);
(3)ECON Medicare Centre (Upper East Coast);
(4)ECON Nursing Home (Buangkok);
(5)Nightingale Nursing Home;
(6)Orange Valley Nursing Home (Clementi);
(7)Orange Valley Nursing Home (Marsiling);
(8)Orange Valley Nursing Home (Simei);
(9)Orange Valley Nursing Home (Thomson);
(10)Pacific Healthcare Nursing Home (Bukit Merah);
(11)The Lentor Residence;
(12)United Medicare Centre.
