(Exemption) (No. 37)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 37) Notification 2018.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)

the “Premium Multiplier” promotion to be held from 21 August 2018 to 31 December 2018 (both dates inclusive); and

(b)

the kiosk games to be held as part of that promotion at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks located inside the Paiza APEX Slots, Paiza Dragon Slots Room, Ruby Room, Paiza APEX Palace and Paiza APEX Salon within the casino premises at Marina Bay Sands during the following periods:

(i)	6 a.m. on 27 August 2018 to 5.59 a.m. on 24 September 2018;
(ii)	6 a.m. on 3 December 2018 to 5.59 a.m. on 31 December 2018.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
