Land Titles (Strata) Act

Land Titles (Strata) (Designated Lands) (No. 2) Notification 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 126A(5) of the Land Titles (Strata) Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Designated Lands) (No. 2) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 19th November 1997.
Designated lands
2.  The housing estates of the Housing and Development Board specified in the Schedule are hereby designated as lands to which section 126A of the Act applies.
Made this 3rd day of November 1997.
