Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports) (Amendment) Notification 2006

Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st September 2006, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 321/2006) by inserting, immediately below the words “National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre.” under the sub-heading “Community Development:”, the following words:

“Charities and Institutions of a Public Character.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports) (Amendment) Notification 2006.
