Banking (Amendment) Act 2016
(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Banking (Amendment) Act 2016, the Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the Banking Act 1970, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Banking (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  Section 12(2)(b) of the Banking (Amendment) Act 2016 comes into operation on 30 June 2022.
