Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption)
(Amendment) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act 1972, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 6 January 2022.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 147/2018) is amended by deleting paragraph (a) of the definition of “exempt company” and substituting the following paragraph:
“(a)Explomo Corporation Pte Ltd;”.
