(Commencement) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Layout‑Designs of Integrated Circuits Act 1999, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Layout‑Designs of Integrated Circuits Act (Commencement) Notification 1999.

2. The Layout‑Designs of Integrated Circuits Act 1999 shall come into operation on 15th February 1999.
