Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act 2002

Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act 2002, the Prime Minister hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003.
2.  The Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 30th January 2003.
