(Control Order) (Amendment)
Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Control Order) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 26 January 2022.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Control Order) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 254/2020) is amended —

(a)	by inserting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a) of the definition of “movement control measure”; and
(b)	by deleting paragraph (b) of the definition of “movement control measure”.
