(Ministerial Responsibility)
(Amendment No. 3) Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 8 July 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020), in the First Schedule —

(a)

in item 1, in the second column, replace paragraph 2 with —

“2.

The following departments and subjects in the Second Schedule:

(a)	International Financial Cooperation
(b)	Monetary Authority of Singapore
(c)	Monetary Policy, Financial Services Sector and Securities Industry
(d)	Securities Industry Council
(e)	Strategy Group and Whole-of-Government Strategic Planning and Policy Coordination (except the departments and subjects for which Mr Teo Chee Hean is responsible)”; and

(b)

delete item 3.
