(Amendment No. 3) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 8 July 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020), in the First Schedule —
(a)in item 1, in the second column, replace paragraph 2 with —
2.The following departments and subjects in the Second Schedule:
(a)International Financial Cooperation
(b)Monetary Authority of Singapore
(c)Monetary Policy, Financial Services Sector and Securities Industry
(d)Securities Industry Council
(e)Strategy Group and Whole-of-Government Strategic Planning and Policy Coordination (except the departments and subjects for which Mr Teo Chee Hean is responsible)”; and
(b)delete item 3.
