Land Surveyors (Singapore Land Authority Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(2A) of the Land Surveyors Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Singapore Land Authority Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Land Surveyors (Singapore Land Authority Fees) Rules (R 3, 2002 Ed.) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$530” in items (1)(a), (2)(a) and (3) and substituting in each case “$545.90”;
(b)	by deleting “$175” in items (1)(b) and (2)(b) and substituting in each case “$180.25”;
(c)	by deleting “$300” in item (6) and substituting “$309”;
(d)	by deleting “$30” in item (7)(a) and substituting “$30.90”;
(e)	by deleting “$12” in item (7)(b) and substituting “$12.40”;
(f)	by deleting “$90” in item (8)(a) and substituting “$92.70”;
(g)	by deleting “$9” in item (8)(b) and substituting “$9.30”;
(h)	by deleting “$450” in item (8)(c) and substituting “$463.50”;
(i)	by deleting “$65” in item (9) and substituting “$66.95”;
(j)	by deleting “$450” in item (10) and substituting “$463.50”; and
(k)	by deleting “$50” in item (11) and substituting “$51.50”.
