State Lands (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(1) of the State Lands Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the State Lands (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the State Lands (Fees) Rules 2001 (G.N. No. S 369/2001) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$50” in item (1) and substituting “$51.50”;
(b)	by deleting “$5” in items (2) and (3) and substituting in each case “$5.15”;
(c)	by deleting “$275” in item (4) and substituting “$283.25”;
(d)	by deleting “$200” in item (5) and substituting “$206”;
(e)	by deleting “$25” in item (6) and substituting “$25.75”;
(f)	by deleting “$100” in item (7) and substituting “$103”;
(g)	by deleting “$10” in item (8) and substituting “$10.30”;
(h)	by deleting “$150” in item (9) and substituting “$154.50”;
(i)	by deleting “$65” in item (10) and substituting “$66.95”; and
(j)	by deleting “$150” in item (11) and substituting “$154.50”.
