Notification 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 6) Notification 2024 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 June 2024.

Amendment of Ninth Schedule

2. In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2024 (G.N. No. S 470/2024), in the Ninth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 4, delete paragraph (23).
