Merchant Shipping Act
Chapter 179
Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 213 of the Merchant Shipping Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Communications, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 29th November 1996.
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1995 is amended by inserting, immediately after item 4, the following item:
“
“5.Recording of a Bill of Sale
$50.”.
