(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  Sections 2(b), 4(a), 9 to 12, 14(a), (b) and (d), 15 to 20 and 48 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 come into operation on 31 August 2018.
