Customs (Prohibition of Imports) (Amendment) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports) (Amendment) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2006.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Notification (N 1) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (a).
