Dangerous Fireworks Act
(Chapter 72)
Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) Notification 2002 (G.N. No. S 147/2002) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:
“4.Explo-Technics Pte Ltd.”.
