Animals and Birds (Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 79 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Director-General, Agri-Food and Veterinary Services hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 31st August 2004.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Animals and Birds (Exemption) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 582/2003) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the word “, Malaysia” in the first column of item 1; and
(b)	by deleting item 2. [G.N. No. S 425/2004]
