Casino Control (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2009, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Casino Control (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2009.
2.  Sections 2(c), 3 to 12, 17 and 18 of the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2009 shall come into operation on 22nd October 2009.
