Computer Misuse (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Computer Misuse (Amendment) Act 2003, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Computer Misuse (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2004.
2.  Section 2 of the Computer Misuse (Amendment) Act 2003 shall come into operation on 1st September 2004.
