Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 4) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This order may be cited as the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 4) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st December 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The following provisions of the Schedule to the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Order 1997 (G.N. No. S 275/97) under the heading Parking Places set out in the first column are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof:

Insert, immediately after item (15), the following items:
