Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act 2002

Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Commencement of Section 39) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act 2002, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Commencement of Section 39) Notification 2002.
2.  Section 39 of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 30th September 2002.
