Computer Misuse (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12A of the Computer Misuse Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Computer Misuse (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2004.
Composition of offences
2.  The offences under sections 3 (1), 5(1), 6(1), 7(1) and 8 of the Act may be compounded by the Commissioner of Police, or any person authorised by him, in accordance with section 12A of the Act.
