Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 28) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 28) Notification 2009.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts National Environment Agency from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Waste Matter$” event to be held on 14th November 2009 and 15th November 2009.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by National Environment Agency with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 22nd October 2009.
