(Moevmnt Pte. Ltd. — Exemption from Part II)
Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and period in force
1.—(1)  This Order is the Road Traffic (Moevmnt Pte. Ltd. — Exemption from Part II) Order 2021.
(2)  This Order is in force for the period between 13 July 2021 and 30 July 2021 (both dates inclusive).
Definitions
2.  In this Order, “specified road”, “trial” and “trial power‑assisted bicycle” have the meanings given by paragraph 2 of the Road Traffic (Moevmnt Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 436/2021).
Exemption for use of trial power-assisted bicycle
3.  Part II of the Act does not apply to a person who uses, or causes or permits any other person to use, a trial power‑assisted bicycle on a specified road during and in connection with the trial under the conditions mentioned in paragraph 3 of the Road Traffic (Moevmnt Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Order 2021.
