Town Councils (Amendment) Act 1996

Town Councils (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Town Councils (Amendment) Act 1996, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Town Councils (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1996.
2.  The Town Councils (Amendment) Act 1996 shall come into operation on 1st December 1996.
