Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Companies (Revocation) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 31 August 2018.
Revocation
2.  The following Orders are revoked:
(a)Companies (Accounts of Public Listed Companies) (Substitution of Period) Order (O 1);
(b)Companies (Accounts of Public Listed Holding Companies) (Substitution of Period) Order (O 3).
