National Parks Act
(Chapter 198A)
National Parks (Revocation) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the National Parks Act, the National Parks Board, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the National Parks (Revocation) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2005.
Revocation
2.  The National Parks Regulations (Rg 1) are revoked.
