(CHAPTER 91A)

Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Pass Exemptions) (Amendment) Notification 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Pass Exemptions) (Amendment) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2007.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Pass Exemptions) Notification 2007 (G.N. No. S 345/2007) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of item 38 of Part I, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

“39. DigiPen Institute of Technology.”; and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of item 19 of Part II, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

“20. DigiPen Institute of Technology.”.
