In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 July 2024.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015), in the Schedule, in Part 1 —

(a)

in item 1, in the second column, delete items (5) to (11), (46), (47), (50), (63) and (64); and

(b)

after item 47, insert —
