Wholesome Meat and Fish (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Wholesome Meat and Fish Act, the Director-General, Agri-Food and Veterinary Services hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 31st August 2004.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Exemption) Notification (N 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Canada,” and “USA” in the second column of item 1 (a);
(b)	by deleting the words “Canada, China,”, “Malaysia, South Africa,” and “Thailand,” in the second column of item 1 (d); and
(c)	by deleting item 2. [G.N. Nos. S 96/2001; S 647/2001; S 611/2002]
