Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 6) (Amendment) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 6) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 6th November 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 4 in the Schedule to the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 6) Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 477/2003) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:

“4. All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Hougang Avenue 8 comprised in Lot number 5559T Pt in Mukim 22 and on which Apartment Blocks 501, 502, 503 and 504 are erected, in Lot number 4606L in Mukim 22 and on which Apartment Block 506 is erected, and in Lot number 4607C in Mukim 22 and on which Apartment Block 507 is erected, and which are more particularly delineated in Plan 4.

”.
