Newspaper and Printing Presses (Amendment of Notification) Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Amendment of Notification) Order 2006.

Amendment of Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) Notification

2. The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) Notification (N 7) is amended —

(a)	by deleting item (1), with effect from 15th October 2006;
(b)	by deleting item (8), with effect from 14th December 2006; and
(c)	by deleting item (9), with effect from 6th September 2006. [G.N. No. S 329/93]
