In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Women’s Charter (Family Violence and Other Matters) (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Women’s Charter (Family Violence and Other Matters) (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  Section 3 of the Women’s Charter (Family Violence and Other Matters) (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 1 July 2024 at 12.01 a.m.
