(Chapter 20)
Bankruptcy (Composition of Offences) Rules 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 165A(2) of the Bankruptcy Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Bankruptcy (Composition of Offences) Rules 2008 and shall come into operation on 24th October 2008.
Compoundable offences
2.  Any offence under section 35(2), 37(2), 81(6)(a) or (b), 82(2), 107(6), 128(2), 130(3), 131(2), 134(1), 138(1)(a), 141(1)(a), 142(1) or 144 of the Act may be compounded by the Official Assignee in accordance with section 165A of the Act.
Made this 20th day of October 2008.
