(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) Act 1999, the Deputy Prime Minister, BG (NS) Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 1999.

2. Section 20 (d), (e), (f), (h) and (i) of the Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) Act 1999 shall come into operation on 1st December 1999.
