Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) (Transfer Date) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) Act 1999, the Deputy Prime Minister, BG (NS) Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) (Transfer Date) Notification 1999.

Transfer date

2. For the purposes of section 3(1) of the Act, the transfer date shall be 1st December 1999.
