Architects Act 1991
Architects (Amendment) Rules 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Architects Act 1991, the Board of Architects, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Architects (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 July 2022.
Amendment of rule 31
2.  Rule 31(4) of the Architects Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting the words “in camera” and substituting the words “in private”.
