Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Government Contracts Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2009.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 138/2009) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “(Clinical Quality Improvement)” in the first column of item 5 in Part VIII;
(b)by deleting the words “not exceeding $2,500” in the second column of item 12 in Part VIII and substituting the words “below $3,000”;
(c)by deleting Part IX and substituting the following Part:
